The Alexander County Office of Probation and Parole arrested 46-year old Jason Wayne Tomlinson on Tuesday for felony probation violation out of county. He was given a 24-month suspended sentence in Catawba County on March 12th for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Tomlinson remains without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
