Order For Arrest Issued For Taylorsville Man

After missing a Superior Court date, an order for arrest warrant was issued for 64-year-old Gregory Scott Wall of Taylorsville.

Wall did not show for court and faces failure to appear charges on alleged crimes dating to last year.

As previously reported, On November 2nd, 2024, Wall was charged by the Alexander County Sheriff’s office with one count of trafficking methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine, one count for possession of methamphetamine and one count of maintain a vehicle/dwelling/ place for a controlled substance. 

Wall was one one three suspects taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office, following an investigation with assistance from the Taylorsville Police Department, Lenoir Police Department, Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office, Watauga County Sheriff’s Office and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation.

Wall remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $225,000.
