The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested Samantha Jean Taylor, age 24 of Newton on Wednesday and charged her with a series of felony drug counts. Taylor is charged with selling heroin, two counts of selling methamphetamine, and felony probation violation. She is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $120,000.
