Jose Antonio Casanova
Jose Antonio Casanova, age 42, was taken into custody on Saturday by Newton Police Officers. He’s charged with second-degree forcible rape and is being held without bond in the Catawba County Jail. Casanova is scheduled to make a first appearance in court on Monday.
