Newton: The visitors from Taylorsville never trailed Tuesday night and stormed out to a 36-9 lead at half.
Meredith Wike scored 21 points including 5-10 from beyond the three-point arc. A total of 10 players from ACHS tallied points but Wike was the only one to score in double digits.
The Lady Red Devils suffered 31 turnovers and were led by Hadleigh Swagger with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Sara Sain pulled down 14 rebounds for Newton-Conover.
