Morganton Woman Charged With Sexual Exploitation Of Minor

of Morganton was arrested last Friday, December 30th by Morganton Public Safety Officers. She’s charged with felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Shortly after 6 p.m. Friday, a Morganton Officer responded to an address on Ross Street in reference to warrant service. The officer made contact with Hyduke, who lives at the residence. She was taken into custody shortly before 6:30 p.m.

Hyduke was brought to the Burke County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond. She is not listed as an inmate in Burke County today January 3. A District Court appearance was scheduled today in Morganton.
