Morganton Woman Charged With Abuse Of Elderly Or Disabled Person

69-year-old Linda Sue Denny of Morganton was arrested Friday (April 9) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. She’s charged with felony abuse of a disabled or elderly person with injury. Denny was released on $25,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Monday in Lenoir.
