32-year-old Colt David Everhart of Dogwood Street in Morganton was arrested Monday by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged on bills of indictment with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Everhart was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $36,000 bond. A Superior Court appearance was scheduled today.
