Floyd Everett Bethea, age 47 of Morganton, was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Saturday, June 22nd. He was charged with larceny, second-degree trespassing and served a warrant for probation violation from Caldwell County. Bethea has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on August 5th.
