On June 26th, Mooresville Police arrested Justus Paul McCracken, age 32 of Stony Point. He was charged with felony identity theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. McCraken is no longer listed in custody. September 13th is listed for an appearance in Iredell County District Court.
