Hickory Police say a 91-year-old Gaston County man reported missing last week died in a crash Sunday in Hickory.
A Silver Alert was issued for Donald Joy on February 3rd. He was last seen that day in Mt Holly.
Joy’s pickup truck was found off 9th Street Drive Northeast after being involved in a crash. Police say Joy’s truck ran off the road and crashed. There is no report of another vehicle being involved in the mishap.
