A Morganton man is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center on Felony Drug charges. 31 year old Elijah David Reese was arrested Thursday evening by Hickory Police and charged with felony possession of Schedule I controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has a court appearance scheduled for today in Newton. His bond was set a t $50,000.
