Andrew Willard Dickerson, age 59 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Sunday and charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was the result of Deputies investigating a suspicious vehicle report in the Ellendale Community. Dickerson was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000, he’s scheduled to make a court appearance today.
