31 year old Jose Bernardo Santos-Figueroa of Conover was arrested New Years Day by Conover Police on a charge of failure to appear. Santos-Figueroa missed a court date after being charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
