Gilbert Travis Cornelius Pharrr26-year old Travis Cornelius Pharr was arrested Monday by the North Carolina Highway Patrol. He was charged with violation of his parole. Pharr was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000.
