Jeffrey Lynn Mays, age 42 of Taylorsville, was arrested Monday, May 30th by Conover Police and charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance. He was also charged with providing contraband to an inmate. Mays has been released with a bond set at $5,000. A June 28th court date is scheduled in Newton.
