Scott Darnell Frye
Scott Darnell Frye, age 59 of Hiddenite was arrested on Tuesday following an investigation by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.
During the eveing hours of Monday, October 2nd, a tractor-trailor rig was stolen from Statesville Pallet Company located on Old Mountain Road in Hiddenite. The truck was found near East Alexander County Park.
Frye is charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony attempted larceny, breaking and entering, damage to real property and damage to personal property.
Frye is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond.
The accused was arrested twice during the month of September on warrants from both Alexander and Iredell Counties.
