On Wednesday, 35-year old Christopher Floyd Cribb was taken into custody by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies. Cribb had called 911 multiple times indicating he was in trouble according to the arrest report. Deputies arrived and found Cribb to be impaired. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Cribb was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, multiple counts of misuse of the 911 system, and resisting a public officer. Cribb was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $7,000. He is set to appear in District Court on Monday, February 8th in Taylorsville.
Cribb was arrested in January on Iredell County warrants for three counts of possession of schedule III controlled substance and one count of possession of schedule IV controlled substance.
