Larry Leroy Swink, age 55 of Hiddenite, was arrested Monday evening by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies and charged with assault and resisting arrest. Swink was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $1,500. A court appearance for August 9th is scheduled.
