Man Charged With Indecent Liberties With A Child

Carlos Suarez, age 27 of Charlotte, was arrested Friday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office on charges of indecent liberties with a child and assault with physical injury on emergency personnel. Suarez was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $21,500.

The United States Division of Homeland Security has placed an Immigration Detainer on the suspect.
