Hickory Police arrested 42-year old Jesse James Goin of Hildebran on Saturday. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to register address change as a sex-offender, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Goin is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $60,000. He is scheduled for a Monday, March 15th court appearance.
