Damien Alonzo Burch, age 36 of Catawba, was charged with felony drug offenses on Monday. He was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony trafficking in cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and possession of marijuana. Burch was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000. A Tuesday court appearance is scheduled in Newton.
