33-year-old Brandon Scott Harris of Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Harris was released on $10,000 secured bond, a District Court appearance is scheduled Wednesday (March 10).
