Hickory Police arrested a man this morning on drug and other charges. 37 year old Jarvis Ledon MccUllough of Catawba was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on felony. MccUllough was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $80,000.
