A Conover man arrested in Alexander County is now being held in Catawba County. 27 year old Christopher Cole Cox was taken into custody for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Cox is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000. He is scheduled to make a court appearance today.
