Newton Police arrested a man this morning on multiple felony charges. 38 year old Colby Michael Cline of Newton was taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance on jail premises, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cline will make a court appearance today. He is being held under a secure bond of $40,000 in the Catawba County Detention Center.
