Town of Catawba Police charged a Crouse man on Thursday with multiple offenses. 31 year old Michael Warren Weiss was taken into custody for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Weiss was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $105,000. He will make an initial appearance in court today in Newton.
