The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mikal Jerome Gray this morning on a series of charges. The 23 year old Conover resident is charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny, possession of stolen goods, second degree trespass, obstructing justice, and resisting a public officer. Gray was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $22,000. He is schedule to appear in court on Thursday, January 17th in Newton.
