Jeffrey Phillip Maier
Jeffrey Phillip Maier age 55, Wilma Sigmon RD, Lincolnton, was served Alexander County warrants on Friday by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. He is charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense. Maier has been released under a $25,000 secured bond. The charge, according to arrest records involve money obtained as the result of a home remodeling project in the Bethlehem Community. The records indicate that Maier is facing similar charges in other jurisdictions.
