Albert Luis Cortes, age 34 of Lincolnton, was arrested on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with felony solicitation of a minor for prostitution. Cortes is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond of $50,000.
