William Mark McGinnis
On Tuesday, 19-year old William Mark McGinnis of Iron Station was transferred from Caldwell County custody to the Alexander County Detention Center. He faces Alexander County charges that date back to October, 2021. He was then charged with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and felony larceny. McGinnis is also awaiting trial in Caldwell County for assault by pointing a gun. He remains in the Alexander County Jail under a secured bond of $60,000 and is schedule to appear in court on March 20th in Taylorsville.
