Lenoir Police say a pedestrian was killed after being struck by two vehicles Thursday night.
The mishap was reported on Wilkesboro Boulevard near Hibriten Drive just after 8pm. The victim was attempting to cross Wilkesboro Boulevard and stopped in the center turn lane. Police say two SUV’s struck 35-year-old Deshon Alfred Oneil Chester. Chester died at the scene.
No charges have been filed as the investigation is ongoing.
