The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lenoir man Wednesday for violating house arrest. 38 year old Michael Wayne Walker was taken into custody and charged with an electronic house arrest violation after failing a drug test. He was placed in the Caldwell Detention Center under a secured bond of $100,000.
