Brian Keith Greene
Brian Keith Greene, age 38 of Lenoir, was arrested on Friday, December 6th after Caldwell County Deputies observed a vehicle operated by Greene. He was wanted by the North Carolina Probation and Parole for a probation violation in addition to multiple other outstanding warrants.
Greene fled from Deputies at a high rate of speed. Officers pursed Green for approximately 8 minutes before the pursuit ended on Overlook Drive. During the chase, Greene struck several mailboxes and exited the roadway immobilizing the vehicle. He fled on foot but was later located.
After Greene was taken into custody he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Brian Keith Greene was charged by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office with Felony Flee to Elude Arrest with a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, and Maintaining a Vehicle for the use of Controlled Substance, his Bond was set at $150,000 secured.
The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office was assisted with the pursuit by the Lenoir Police Department and Caldwell County Emergency Management.
Greene was also served with outstanding warrant for arrest for Fleeing to Elude Arrest, driving while License Revoked, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, and Left of Center. He was
also served with an outstanding warrant from NC Probation and Parole for Interfering with Electronic Monitoring Device and Damage to Property.
