Felony charges have been filed against a Lenoir man in Alexander County. Phillip Robert Bryant, age 36, was arrested on Thursday and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. As of earlier today, Bryant remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $3,000. September 29th is listed as a court date in Taylorsville.
