32-year-old Nicholas Willis of Lenoir was arrested Wednesday, December 6th by Lenoir Police. He was charged with three felonies: trafficking in heroin or opium, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine. Willis was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $500,000 secured bond. He remained in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
