Lenoir Couple Arrested For Rape Of Child

A Lenoir couple has been charged in connection with the first-degree rape of child.

39-year-old Brandy Ann Coffey Pelham and 40-year-old William Sherman Setzer both of Spencer Lane in Lenoir were arrested Tuesday, April 11 by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. Setzer was charged with felony first-degree rape of a child and Pelham was charged with one felony count of accessory before the fact of first-degree rape of a child.

Both were jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $100,000 secured bond each.
