Matthews: Black Friday For Alexander Central ! Within slightly more than an hour both the Baseball and Softball teams were eliminated in the Regional Semifinals.
Weddington scored a pair of runs in the 1st inning and added another in the 2nd.
Senior Kirstyn Herman playing her final game homered in the 5th inning for Alexander Central’s lone tally. ACHS ends the season at 22-5.
Weddington (19-3) will advance to the Regional Finals.
