Alexander Central’s JV Football team rolled over Hickory Thursday evening 58-6 improving their record to 7-0. They have won 30 straight games.
The Baby Cougars gained 423 yards on just 14 plays from scrimmage. AC would score on runs of 80, 66, 65, 46, and 45 yards and get an interception return for score as well. Deyante Calhoun rushed for 110 yards on just 6 carries and 3 touchdown. Daniel Morgan would score a pair of touchdowns and rush for 110 yards on only two carries. Cameron Lackey would score on an 80 yard run and return an interception for a score as well.
The Baby Cougars have two games remaining on their schedule, next Thursday at South Caldwell and a game on Monday, November 5th at home against McDowell.
