On Friday, January 31, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a larceny in progress at Evergreen Heating & Air located at 1352 Jennings Road. Suspects were displayed on camera stealing copper. The two suspects attempted to flee from Deputies in a vehicle but became stuck in a muddy field. Iredell K9 Officer Levi tracked them leading to their arrest.
Larry Edward Moore, age 44 of 319 S. Eastway Drive, Harmony is charged with two counts of Felony Larceny, Felony Conspiracy, Misdemeanor Resist Obstruct & Delay, First Degree Trespass, Misdemeanor Damage to Property. Moore is being held without bond.
Ashley Jane Hubbell, age 30 of 3220 Harmony Highway, Harmony is charged with Felony Conspiracy, Misdemeanor Resist Obstruct & Delay, Misdemeanor First Degree Trespass Hubbell is jailed under a $2,500 bond.
