CLAREMONT – N.C. Department of Transportation maintenance crews will be working on Interstate 40 West over Lyle Creek this week in Catawba County.
One lane will be closed near mile marker 136 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight – Thursday nights so bridge maintenance crews can safely patch potholes in the vicinity.
Drivers are reminded to use caution and remain alert approaching work zones.
