42-year-old Frankie Wayne Taylor of Hawthorne Street in Hudson, was arrested Friday, June 5th by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. As the result of a grand jury indictment, he’s charged with indecent liberties with a child. Taylor was released on a $25,000 secured bond.
