According to the North Carolina Department Of Adult Correction Offender Public Information website, Ford has been convicted of felony charges in Caldwell, Buncombe, McDowell, and Cherokee Counties. The charges include breaking & entering, larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle, and receiving a stolen vehicle. His most recent conviction was in July, 2021 in Caldwell County for felony breaking & entering.
Following Sunday’s arrest, Ford was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. He remained in jail, still being held without bond, as of earlier today (January 2). A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
