The Hickory Police Department arrested 22-year old Jauhlik Aslhion Morrison of Hildebran on Tuesday morning and charged him with statutory rape of a child under the age of 15 and indecent liberties with a child. He’s being held in the Catawba County Jail with a secured bond of of $175,000. Morrison is scheduled to appear in Catawba County District Court on Thursday, December 29th.
