Selena Michelle Minter, 25, of Hill River Road in Hiddenite, was taken into custody on Thursday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. She’s facing charges of identity theft, possession of methamphetamine, and driving with license revoked. She remains in the Catawba County Detention Center with bond set for $9,000. An appearance in court is scheduled for today in Newton.
