Jose Angel Rios, 42, of Hiddenite, was placed in Alexander County custody on Monday as result of a fugitive warrant from the state of Texas. He’s has a charge of forgery pending in Alexander County. Rios is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $100,000.
