Randy Mitchell Beard
40-year old Randy Mitchell Beard was arrested Monday and placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $150,000. Beard was issued an order for arrest and taken into custody by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies.
In January, Beard was arrested following a brief foot-chase and charged with assault on a female, assault by strangulation, and resisting arrest.
A court date for November 29th is scheduled in Alexander County District Court.
