Hiddenite Man Facing Long List Of Charges

James Dennis Ceasar, age 41 of Hiddenite, was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Monday. He’s charged with breaking and entering and being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. Ceasar was scheduled to make an Alexander County District Court appearance on Tuesday.

In May 2023, Ceasar was arrested by following an investigation by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office, Taylorsville Police, the NC State Bureau of Investigation and the US Office of Homeland Security. He was charged with Possession Firearm by Felon, Possession with Intent to Sell Methamphetamine, Felony Maintain Dwelling for Sale of Controlled Substances, Felony Possession of Schedule II, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Child Abuse, Misdemeanor Simple Possession of Scheduled II, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Ceasar is scheduled for Superior Court on these charges on April 22nd.
