James Farris, age 43, of Hiddenite, was apprehended by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 29th. He was served a warrant for probation violation and remains in custody as of earlier today. Farris is scheduled for a Taylorsville court appearance on Tuesday.
