Hiddenite Couple Jailed On Tuesday

A Hiddenite couple was arrested by Taylorsville Police Officers on Tuesday.

41-year old Lonnie Jay Owens is charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree trespass and misdemeanor larceny. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000. A January 3rd court date is scheduled.

Brandi Heather Ridddle, age 41, is charged with probation violation/out of county. Her bond was set at $5,000. Riddle has a court date scheduled for January 3rd.
